Lovers of lambic, sweethearts of saison, and gueuze groupies, join us as we open our Woodnotes wild ale production facility to the public and release three mixed-culture sour ales:

• Muir’s Mûre: Sour golden ale with blackberries
• Slow Burn: Sour golden ale with watermelon juice and chiltepin peppers
• Sonoran Prince: Sour golden ale with peaches

All three beers will be available on draft and in bottles. Our Woodnotes brewers will be in-house to discuss sour beer production and answer your burning questions. We’ll also be digging into the archives to release vintage bottles of classic Woodnotes beers like Region Sauvage, Camp Coolship, and more. There are no reservations required and no cost to attend.
