Join us for our Passport Beer Dinner on February 15, 2024, where we’ll embark on a five course beer, and food journey around the world!
Get ready for Pedal Haus Brewery’s Passport Beer Dinner, an official Arizona Craft Beer Week event! Join us on February 16th, 2024 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, at our Downtown Phoenix location for an immersive craft beer experience where our Culinary Director, Zach Hunter, and Brew Master, Derek Osborn, will personally guide you through a five course journey of paired Pedal Haus Brewery craft beers and gourmet dishes. Each pairing is inspired by the country in which the beer style, originated from!

- Time: Welcome Bite at 6:30 pm, Courses start at 7:00 pm and run until 8:30 pm

-Hop Cured Hamachi Crudo, Beach Cruiser Wash, Caramelized Pineapple, Avocado, Pickled Sweet Peppers, and Salsa Matcha DISH CONTAINS PEANUTS
-Paired with Beach Cruiser Mexican Amber Lager
2nd Course (USA):
-Fried Texas Quail, Black Garlic Sweet Potato Waffle, Barley Malt BBQ Sauce, Charred Broccoli Slaw
-Paired with Kush IPA
3rd Course (Belgium):
-Beer Blanche Steamed Mussels, Smoky Bacon, Charred Tomato Nage, Saffron Saison Foam, Garlic Toast
-Paired with Bière Blanche Belgian Wit
4th Course (Germany):
-Mustard Brined Roast Pork, Brown Butter Spaetzle, Braised Cabbage, Apple & Celery Soffrito
-Paired with German-Style Pilsner
5th Course (England):
-Sticky Toffee Pretzel Pudding, Caramelized Pears, Crystal Malt Caramel Sauce, Flaked Oat Crunch
-Paired with Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
