The concept of creating a brewery dedicated to the U.S. Patent 139 was originated by Tim Hass, the great grandchild of Rudolf Gustav Hass. The 139th Patent of the United States was the “Hass Avocado.” Bringing my family history to what I love best…Great food and great beer!
