Q. What items are prohibited?
A. Outside food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages (1 sealed water bottle per person, snacks and medical needs are exceptions), fireworks/explosives, drones, pop up tents, shade umbrellas, illegal substances/harmful chemicals, weapons, bicycles, hover boards, and skateboards.
Q. Where should I park?
A. There are street parking spots and parking lots adjacent to the park off central and Indian School Road.
Q. How much does it cost to park?
A. Parking is free unless you decide to choose a private parking garage.
Q. Where is the event located?
A. The event is located at the Steele Indian School Park (Phoenix Green) – 300 E. Indian School Road Phoenix, Arizona 85012
Q. I plan on drinking and do not want to drive, what transportation methods are available?
A. There are many transportation options to get you to and from safely. Light rail, grid bikes, pedal cabs, and/or reliable taxi services here in the Phoenix metro area. We recommend LYFT our official transportation partner.
Q. Can I take public transportation to the event?
A. Yes, the Valley Metro system provides public transportation throughout the greater Phoenix metro area. Visit valleymetro.org for routes, pricing and tips to plan your trip.
Q. Are there any hotels located within walking distance of the event?
A. Yes, there are many hotels in the Area, however we have partnered with the Westin/ Sheraton Hotels for discounted room rates.
Q. Do I have to show my I.D. to purchase beer or liquor?
A. Picture I.D. is required to purchase or consume alcohol. Your I.D. will be checked upon entrance into the event and could be checked randomly as asked throughout the event. This is a 21 year of age and older. You will be identified once verified with an issued wristband allowing alcohol consumption.
Q. Do the food vendors accept debit or credit cards?
A. Not all food vendors accept Debit or Credit cards so please bring cash with you. ATM’s are available at various locations throughout the festival for your convenience.
Q. What methods of payment can I use to purchase my admission ticket?
A. You can purchase your admission ticket in advance via the website using a credit/debit card only. On the day of the festival, tickets will not be sold.
Q. Is there an admission cost for children?
A. This is a 21 year and older event, no children are allowed (with the exception of infants 1 or younger).
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. All sales are final, there are no refunds.
Q. Will there be ATM machines?
A. ATM’s are available at various locations throughout the festival for your convenience.
Q. What is your inclement weather policy?
A. This is a rain or shine event.
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. No. However, service pets are allowed into the event. Please make sure they are on a leash and please plan to clean up after them.
Q. Where is the lost and found located?
A. Lost and found is located at the main entrance booth.
Q. Will there be emergency assistance available onsite?
A. The Phoenix Police Department & Private EMT will be on hand to ensure your safety. Call 911 for any medical emergencies during the event.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and memorable experience for all event guests. In order to do so, a strict code of conduct has been created and all event participants and patrons are expected follow these rules.

Guests will show respect for the event location, grounds, coordinators, vendors, sponsors and participants by leaving the following items at home:
• Firearms, knives or other weapons
• Coolers and outside food or beverage
• Bicycles, skateboards, skates

The following actions will result in immediate ejection of festival grounds:
Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone.
Possession or use of illegal drugs or excessive and irresponsible use of alcohol.
Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.
Taunting, abusive or disruptive language and obscene gestures.

An individual participating in any of these behaviors will be removed from the event and passes will be revoked. In certain situations, the offender may be arrested.
