Arizona Craft Brewers Guild Celebrates 25th Anniversary with Year-long Festivities
Phoenix, AZ – May 12, 2023 – The Arizona Craft Brewers Guild is excited to announce the upcoming celebration of its 25th anniversary. The Guild, which has been a driving force in supporting the independent beer-brewing community since its establishment in 1998, plans to commemorate this significant milestone from October 2023 through 2024 to ensure that all areas of the state are part of the festivities.
During the year-long celebration, the Guild will use their currently scheduled year-over-year events featuring activities to honor the rich history and achievements of Arizona’s craft beer industry.
- Arizona Craft Beer Awards Ceremony: Friday, October 6, 2023, at the Arizona Historical Museum in Tempe.
- Wickenburg Oktoberfest: Saturday, October 14, 2023.
- Arizona Craft Beer Awards Festival: Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Cardinals Stadium.
- Barrels Bottles and Brews: Saturday, November 18, 2023, at Salt River Fields.
- December Annual Meeting: Tuesday, December 5, 2023 (internal event).
- Arizona Beer Week: February 15-25, 2024.
- Arizona Strong Beer Festival: Saturday, February 17, 2025, at Salt River Fields.
Other events in 2024 in Tucson (April 24) and Flagstaff June 24) will be announced as dates and locations are secured.
One of the highlights will be the introduction of commemorative merchandise, including special tackers, which will be available at participating breweries and allied businesses throughout the state. These collectible items will serve as a tangible symbol of the Guild’s 25 years of dedication to promoting and elevating locally crafted beers.
