Our mission is to create a welcoming & inclusive space for people to enjoy good company along with delicious beverages. We hope to delight the public’s taste buds with craft cider & specialty sodas made in house & eventually have AZ beer/wine/mead on tap.
About Bawker Bawker Cider
We are a cidery located on Historic 4th Avenue where we locally craft cider that we create from NFC apple juice from the Pacific Northwest. Our ciders are naturally gluten-free* and we allow our ciders to ferment more on the dry side of cider with little or no residual sugar.
We add fruits & spices before fermentation to allow the apple juice & yeast meld with the flavors. Our ciders are sulfite-free*, vegan*, & unfiltered which gives them a slightly hazy appearance.

About Our Taproom
Our spacious taproom provides a place for adults over 21 to connect. We provide an atmosphere without televisions to encourage people to talk to each other.
We request our patrons to leave their children & pets at home so they can enjoy time away from responsibilities.
Come take a seat at our windows overlooking 4th Avenue.
